We consulted with RNLI safety experts to design the ‘Guardian’ inflatable dry bag to improve the safety of open water swimmers and water users by using SOLAS reflective material.
SOLAS
The International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) is an international maritime treaty which sets minimum safety standards for equipment and operation of merchant ships.
The SOLAS approved reflective material is designed to make a casualty more visible to search and rescue services. The closed cell reflective structure reflects any available light as well as lights used by search and rescue services.
